Your UserID is NOT PRIVATE. It will be displayed to other players in-game. It does not affect a character name choice.


  • Must contain 3 to 20 characters and start with a letter.
  • May contain alphanumeric [a-z, A-Z, 0-9] characters. Each character can repeat no more than 3 times consecutively.
  • A single period, hyphen, apostrophe, and underscore are allowed.
  • UserID cannot start or end with symbols.
  • UserID cannot contain spaces.

For your security, we recommend choosing a unique password — one that you don't use for any other online games or accounts.


  • Your password must contain at least 8 characters (200 max).
  • Your password must contain at least one letter (A-Z) and one number (0-9).
  • Your password can only contain letters (A-Z), numbers (0-9), and punctuation.
  • Your password cannot be similar to your UserID.
  • Passwords must match.
